Cancellation by OnlineBookWala

We may cancel an order due to limited stock, incorrect product details, pricing errors, payment issues, or technical problems.
If your order is cancelled, we will notify you. If payment has already been made, the amount will be refunded to your account.

Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order within 24 hours if it has not been processed.
Orders already processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
OnlineBookWala’s decision on order status will be final.

Replacement Policy

You may request a replacement if the book received is:

Damaged

Soiled or defective

Misprinted

Wrong product delivered

Refund Policy
